Should Maori be contemporary in all New Zealand schools?

I don’t think all schools should be contemporary to all schools. I think that there should be different sorts of schools around New Zealand so that all kiwi kids can choose to learn Maori or not. Making maori contemporary for all schools is a bit to harsh. I think there should be a age limit or be able to choose whether you would like to take Maori as your subject or not. Like If your child is in Kohanga or about 2/3/4/5 they should start learning maori then

Crime- Brainstorm

Find Evidence & Articles
Six burglaries a day in Rotorua:
This Article links to my topic (Crime) because burglary is a crime. Burglary is stealing, police use burglary as a code word for theft. Recently burglaries are most happening around Glenholmes area. However, police say the rise is due to a change in the way they define and record burglaries they will not help but keep trying to prevent burglaries to decrease everyday. I think this article can help me answer a few questions and also help me come up with new ones as well.

Rotorua Shooting- Police boss defends officer’s decision to shoot machete Wielding man:
This Article is about a police officer defending himself by shooting the victim after trying to take him out with pepper spray and a taser. Police say the man was shot after unsuccessful attempts to use pepper spray and a taser, which was fired three times on the man. This article is relevant to my topic (Crime) because this is something that involves and needs police to be apart of and, with police involved with situations like this article is obviously relevant to my topic crime. I think this article is helpful to me because this article has situations that police would need to take in their own hands to solve and stop this madness from happening again.

Mum mugged and robbed in front of her children in central Rotorua:
This is helpful with my topic because this is another crime that someone had commit and even in front of the victim's two children. A mother of 2 kids 9 and 4 year old got thrown on the concrete and robbed by a man near some traffic lights in Rotorua. Police believe that this will happen again so they would need to stop this criminal fast before it gets way out of hand. This also helps with my topic to show people that crimes like these need to be stopped. Crimes like these are unhealthy for others around and could affect your mental health.

Literacy BrainGym 2 spelling:

Social media is getting out of hand:
I think that social media is getting out of hands, but with apps that may distract teens and schoolers from work purposes. Apps like Face Book, Snap chat, Instagram and messenger could be easy to get distracted from just 1 vibrate or notification you get could put you off straight away. This has been a big problem in lots of schools that are able to take devices to school. For example my school RGHS has had a big problem in the past and that was sending inappropriate pictures and videos to others in school times such as nudes! I have to say that my class is getting out of hand with the use of social media especially me. Social media is something you can be apart of social media in a click, all you need to do is just download an app and sign up to something just like that. I think that being part of social media is becoming an addiction to people especially to teens.

Literacy Braingym:

We should have homeless shelters in Rotorua Because…
Knowing that everyone in Rotorua has a shelter that they could at least call home and experience how a home feels like.
No one wants to be homeless, as a good  community we could atleast provide them with shelter and be able to help them keep warm and safe, because you dont know whats out there rapists, pedophiles and other, providing the homeless with shelter is good for their health and safetyn.
3 Adults, teens, kids should not go through something like this, I think that everyone deserves a home and needs to be in doors to acknowledge the feeling you get when your in your own room and not in the outdoors under bridges or streets suffering with coldness and other…
